Strong sales at MarinaBay Suites preview
A one-day preview at the upmarket Marina Bay Suites development saw invited buyers snap up most of the 90 units released for sale at average prices ranging from $2,200 to $2,500 per sq ft (psf).

Developers begin raising prices of new projects
SALES of new condominium projects continued at a robust pace last weekend, despite some developers starting to test the market with slightly higher prices.
Buyers picked up 120 units at Waterfront Key in Bedok Reservoir at an average price of $735 per sq ft (psf), even though that price is higher than that at the neighbouring Waterfront Waves condo, where units are going at $700 psf on average.

Top-end home sales gently pick up pace
(SINGAPORE) High-end residential transactions continue to stream in steadily, in both the primary and secondary markets. Two units were sold recently at Nassim Park Residences by its developer at above $3,000 per square foot (psf), one of them at $3,813 psf.

Strong demand at two weekend condo previews
DEMAND for new private property developments remains strong, judging by the interest generated at two previews held over the weekend.
At high-end condominium Ascentia Sky’s preview for selected clientele, over 90 per cent of the 80 units released were snapped up for as much as $1,250 per sq ft (psf), according to developer Wing Tai’s spokesman.
