HDB launches four more BTO projects
THE Housing and Development Board (HDB) yesterday launched four new build-to-order (BTO) projects – including two highly anticipated developments in Queenstown – bringing the total supply of BTO units to 13,500 this year.
2,670 new units are being offered in the latest BTO exercise – the largest number of flats at any one launch in recent years, HDB said.

Inflation forecast to be higher in 2010
(SINGAPORE) Inflation is now expected to be higher in 2010, as a result of increased Housing and Development Board property values.
The government has revised its consumer price index (CPI) inflation forecast to between 2.5 and 3.5 per cent, from a one to 2 per cent range previously.
