MORE than two-thirds of local respondents to a recent survey said they expect a pay rise and an annual bonus soon.

A survey by human resource firm ECA International shows that employees here can expect a 3 per cent salary increase as early as next year, and only 11 per cent of companies surveyed are proposing a pay freeze for 2010.

(SINGAPORE) The Asian real estate investment market continued to gain momentum in the recent third quarter, as capital values generally stabilised and sentiment improved.

Temasek taps bonds for funds
TEMASEK Holdings is capitalising on buoyant financial markets to sell bonds that will raise hundreds of millions of dollars for its activities.
