Short-selling: what exactly should be disclosed?

Author: SOME 13 months ago, just after Lehman Brothers went bust and stocks all over the world were crashing, many fingers of blame were pointed in the direction of short-sellers – particularly those of a naked persuasion.

Time for goodwill hunting
Disgruntled investors who lost large sums of money in the structured notes debacle are questioning why they cannot be extended the kind of ‘goodwill’ which was given to investors of GreatLink Choice (GLC) investment-linked insurance products.
